Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an IT Equipment Custodian (C2I) to support our Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) program out of Langley AFB, VA. This position will be supporting the A21 Branch Staff Operations- Internally- focused Support.

 

The Equipment Custodian shall maintain accountability for assets in the maintenance listing in accordance with Department of the Air Force Manual (DAFMAN) 17-1203 on assigned Asset Information Management (AIM) account.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

 

Lead/manage directorate Information Technology Equipment Custodians (ITEC), maintain Government accountability inventories, and prepare outdated equipment for Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO) on a quarterly basis.

Maintain accountability for assets in the maintenance listing in accordance with AFMAN 33-153 on assigned AIM account.

Maintain accurate records.

Conduct quarterly AIM inventories.

Shall train directorate ITECs on established inventory and DRMO procedures on at least a semi-annual basis

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

 

Active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) required.Minimum of 3 to 10 years’ experience and a BA/BS degree or MA/MS degree required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Job may require the employee to be:

In a stationary position 50% of the time.Able to ascend/descend stairs as required.Able to move equipment not to exceed 25 lbs. as needed.Availability to travel CONUS/OCONUS if required.
