Get to Know the Team

Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) aims to be a technology leader that provides predictive and seamless experiences to all Grab employees (Grabbers). We are a diverse team of technology practitioners looking to outserving Grabbers with positive, personalised IT experiences. We are looking for individuals with similar customer-centric and innovative values to join our growing team.

You will be on-site and based in Bangkok.

 

Get to Know the Role 

The EUC Specialist plays an important specialized IT role that is essential to Grab in ensuring smooth daily operation and management of tasks/projects for the business. You will be reporting to Manager, Country IT.

 

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Assist IT Manager in day-to-day operational matters that includes but not limited to managing operational services and preparing reports, to ensure operational and support areas for improvement.Developing, maintaining and updating all relevant documentation (SOPs, case tickets, etc.) for continuous improvements of IT operationsWork with managed services IT vendor to assess all help desk or service desk escalations, supporting solutions and coordinating with external service providers, where necessaryInvolve in assigned tasks/projects from IT Manager that covers local or regional aspectsPerform audits to ensure all assets information and change of asset status are being recorded into the asset management system by managed services IT vendorContribute to the execution of IT governance and compliance processes and proceduresWork with other GTS teams to provide operational perspective on products and services

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

At least 3 years in supporting IT operations or related in the IT or Technology sectorAble to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced working environmentExperience problem solving.Good written and verbal communication skills

 

The Nice-to-Haves

Good knowledge in supporting and managing cloud applicationsExperience in handling IT projectsExperience in writing user guide, instructions or SOPs
