As the Data Security Lead you will be a role model and help build the IT Risk Management organization within ING Germany. You are a servant leader who is up for the challenge of delivering services according to SLA, with high quality and in accordance with risk and compliance policies, but at the same time able to implement the necessary changes to stay relevant and in perfect shape for the future. You live for Operational Excellence, Risk Management and Agile and know how to inspire your colleagues and employees to do the same.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team responsible for delivering IT Governance service towards ING GermanyEnsure internal security management activities are in line with IT internal security standards & policies;Lead and continuously develop the Data Security team both professionally and personally;Develop and mature the team’s internal processes and procedures and ensure these are in sync with ING’s Agile way of working;Ensure team is able to meet all agreed Service Levels in terms of Compliancy towards ING Minimum Standards or Country specific standardsRegular reporting and stakeholder management, with focus on expanding of the current scopeMinimum qualifications:
1+ years’ experience with IT Security or IT Risk Management2+ years’ experience with people management (preferably from a banking or IT background);Basic understanding of IT terminology and processesInfluence skills with local and global functional leaders to ensure global collaboration without losing track of your role as service providerFluent English (C1)Wage (gross)
3400 EUR/month*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position.
