Location: Primary location is Cherry Hill, NJ. This role will require travel to locations throughout southern, NJ.

Duration: Ongoing multi year contract

Rate: 19-20/hr

We are looking for an IT Field Support Analyst to provide both desktop and helpdesk support across the organization. This role requires experience in providing hands-on technical assistance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the functionality of IT systems, desktop devices, and audio-visual (AV) equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with both on-site and remote support, be able to resolve technical issues efficiently, and provide support for a wide range of IT hardware and software systems.

Required:
