Our client is looking for a dynamic **Project Manager** to drive the success of their **Global Finance Transformation** roadmap. In this role, you’ll work closely with Finance’s **Global Process Owners** , managing projects, mitigating risks, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. _Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Rate: $55 - $65 / hr. w2 **Responsibilities:** + Lead Finance transformation projects from inception to completion. + Partner with Global Process Owners to develop project roadmaps. + Define project scope, objectives, and resource needs. + Assign tasks, manage teams, and oversee project phases. + Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders. + Identify and resolve project risks and issues. + Ensure projects stay on track and within budget. + Maintain resource management systems and adhere to best project management practices. + Perform additional duties as needed. **Experience Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). + 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in Finance process improvements or IT projects. + PMP certification preferred. + Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet a plus). + Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
