ABOUT THE JOB

The Cloud Infrastructure and IT Financial Analyst will be a key member of our growing FP&A team. Rubrik is the fastest growing enterprise company in the Billion Dollar League backed by top Silicon Valley investors Greylock, Lightspeed, and Khosla Ventures. This person will provide financial support to our Cloud Infrastructure and IT organizations, supporting annual & quarterly planning, the period close process, BvA analysis, monthly & quarterly financial reporting, and ad hoc analysis for the business in a highly cross-functional environment. From day one, this role and their work will have high visibility and impact to senior management at Rubrik.
This position will be based in Palo Alto, California.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with the Director of Corporate Finance and key stakeholders to develop and prepare key performance tracking reports that highlight performance results vs plan and forecast, analyze key performance indicators, articulate key insights and trends, and identify risks and opportunities Develop models to track total and unit costs in a multi-cloud environment Prepare monthly accruals by engaging with business partners to ensure the Cloud Infrastructure and IT organizations has an accurate submission of Journal Entries to Accounting Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management as needed to review and improve business and financial performance Assist with Corporate FP&A related activities on an ad hoc basis

ABOUT YOU

1-2 years work experience in FP&A at a high growth technology company; cloud forecasting and optimization expertise is preferred A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field Advanced in Excel/Google Sheets Excellent communicator and collaborator across multiple departments. Practices a service-oriented business partnering approach and excels in relationship building across the organization. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy

It is helpful, but not required to have

Experience with the following software: Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, Workday, Coupa
