Description:Join our team as a IT Full Stack Engineer Associate Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of our organization. As a Leader of a team comprised of technology professionals you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge systems, platforms, and applications that propel our business forward.
In this exciting role, you'll have the responsibility for:
• Day to day oversight of the Full Stack Engineer teams with responsibilities in the realm of dev/sec/ops, IiOT and various activities in the realm of digital transformation.
• Personnel development
• Workforce management
• Functional manager duties, hire staff, give employee feedback and career development for direct reports
•IT Systems engineering lifecycle activities (i.e. Designing, developing, documenting, testing and integration)
•SAFEs Agile Methodology
•Developing creative, straightforward solutions to technical and user experience challenges
•Participating in the team's daily standups, testing, and demos
•Providing inputs towards the architecture solution
Basic Qualifications:
- Previous experience leading technology focused teams.
- Understanding of Full Spectrum Leadership
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent team orientation with strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
- IiOT and associated tools/interfaces to facilitate automation/transformation
- Knowledge of both hardware and software technology stacks
- Proven expertise with Client-Server, DevOps, DevSecOps frameworks/models
- Well-versed in cloud technologies
- Virtualization, networks, technical diagrams
- Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required)
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodology
- AWS, Azure, Security or relevant certification
- Application development or commensurate programming/scripting experience
- Experience with PLC's, transports, interfaces, automation, connectivity ports/protocols, in the realm of IiOT specific to manufacturing and facilities
- history of developing, implementing and sustaining technology stacks
- AI and ML concepts and practices
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
