Department/Client Account: JLL Corporate Solutions / AstraZeneca

Line Manager: IT & Furniture Planning Coordinator

Location: Based at the R&D AstraZeneca offices in Cambridge, UK.

Role: Full time

Job Summary/Goals

To support accommodation activities and related moves at AstraZeneca’s R&D portfolio of space in the Southern Region (Cambridge / London / Luton)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supporting all desktop IT requirements including spares management, faulty item replacement / disposal·/ first line fixSupport all desktop IT refresh projects in line with agreed AZ IT standardsSupport furniture changes to support room configurations for conferencing and meetingsMaintaining furniture warranty tracker – reporting on wear & tear itemsProvide BAU porterage service to carry out light internal moves, labouring assistance, preventative & remedial repairs, crate management, stock managementUpdate Status of all requests (Moves /IT/Furniture/AOB) on Sharepoint / SAP SystemsWorks as part of the FM Team - help and assist the local FM team as requiredManage the available storage space in a SHE compliant mannerFollow building access & security processesBuild relationships with all customer groupsProvide consistent and accurate communication with all related service providers, client and customers.Ensure compliance with all key performance indicatorsWork with the UK JLL team on the re-use furniture demand process. Donate where possible charity items to AZ nominated charity and other local community charitiesDistribute post customer satisfaction survey and report results for consolidated reporting for review by the account team

Key Responsibilities

In addition to providing the information listed above, the other responsibilities of this role include:

Ensure global occupancy guidelines are adhered to and implemented at all times.Assists in BAU & Project moves with minimum downtime to the business [moves of <100]Attends meetings for small projects and movesParticipates in regular scheduled PDR within the Southern JLL teamIdentify opportunities of how to improve / innovate and optimise accommodation spaces for the client

To ensure accurate reporting of information, and foster critical relationships between various individuals and organizations, communication channels will exist with:

Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

1-3 years of working experience in facilitiesGCSE C Level or above in English & MathsFull Driving License - preferableOrganisational skills with the ability to identify and manage prioritiesExcellent written and verbal skillsConfidence and commitment to providing a high quality, professional serviceAbility to work unsupervised and take responsibility for the completion of tasksAbility to prioritise work tasksAdaptable and flexible in approach to work requiredAbility to remain calm under pressureReliableDetail consciousResults/tasks orientatedAcceptable personal grooming standardsAbility to perform tasks that require physical fitnessDetail orientated and fault findingPractical knowledge of cabling IT desktop kit.Good understanding of Commercial Office FurnitureSHE aware (i.e. Manual Handling - LITE Load.
