Position Overview: Term: 6 Months (High potential for long-term extension)
Location: onsite in Minneapolis, MN
Hours: Day shift - Mon-Friday 9-5pm ET
Pay: up to $23.50/hr commensurate with experience + benefits
What you'll do as the IT Hardware Technician The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Deployment of accessories from central inventoryInstall and deploy hardware componentsInstall and deploy software applicationsUtilize existing technologies to image PCs and laptopsEnsure proper tracking and maintenance of hardware and software systems utilized by teamAlter the existing hardware configurationsUpdate installed softwareCustomize software settingsUninstall unused softwareProvide technical support to Customer with different levels of experienceProvide customer sign-off documentation at customers workstationAdditional responsibilities: Ensure proper tracking and maintenance of hardware and software systems utilized by the team.Act as the liaison between Zones’ team and the customer.Follow specific instructions provided by the customerMaintain a clean work environment.Other duties as assigned.What you'll bring to the table: High School diploma or equivalentAssociates degree and/or 2+ years experience with PC systems, related peripherals and common software programs and Windows Operating Systems. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude.Demonstrate active listening skills Ability to lift 50 lb
