Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking an IT Help Desk Agent to join the team

Position Overview

Andretti Karting and Games is growing! We are seeking a talented entry-level help desk technician for help ticket triage and day to day tasks.  AIKG’s help desk supports internal customers with standard computer use, point of sale assistance, internal RMA’s and parts management. Help desk agents have full escalation capabilities with experienced industry technologists and subject matter experts at their fingertips to assure a cohesive customer service experience.  

This is a full-time salaried position based at the Orlando Andretti's Corporate IT Office.  A preferred candidate will have availability for nights and weekends.

  Qualifications

Required: Eligible to work in the United States At least 18 years of age High School Graduate Strong written, verbal communication skills Excellent Customer Service skills Possess well-developed troubleshooting skills and be familiar with standard IT troubleshooting methodologies Strong organizational skills Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion Understanding of Microsoft environments, Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Active Directory 1+ year experience in Information Technologies or associated field
  Preferred and great to have: Associates Degree in an IT related field Familiarity with Project Management software Previous Point of Sale experience Previous Amusement Park or Theme Park experience Experience in CenterEdge Software, Embed Card software/hardware or any kart timing software a huge plus!
