Key Responsibilities:

Ticket System Management: Monitor and manage the help desk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

PC Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows 11 PCs to minimize downtime.

Onsite Support: Provide on-site technical assistance to employees, ensuring minimal disruption to their work and ensuring productivity.

Windows 11 Support: Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows 11 operating systems.

Microsoft Azure: Support basic tasks related to Microsoft Azure, including user management and access control.

Software Troubleshooting: Provide first-line troubleshooting for various software applications used within the company.

PC Deployment: Assist with the deployment and setup of new PCs, ensuring they are ready and configured for employees.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Associate degree in IT or a related field is a plus.

Experience: 1-2 years in an IT support role is a plus.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Windows 11 and Microsoft Azure.

Key Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.

Work Style: Ability to work independently, under minimal supervision, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and other common business applications.

Previous experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour
