We are seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst to join our team and provide phone-based technical support to users during an ongoing migration. As part of the IT support team, you will assist customers with troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless transition throughout the migration process.

Required:

Some IT support experienceUnderstanding of Office 365, and experience with ticketing systems.The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and user-friendly manner.
