Hours of Operation:  Monday - Friday 8:30a - 5:00pm

 

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the assignment and tracking of equipment from the Information Technology Department.  Performs complex and diversified projects in support of the activities and operations of the assigned areas.

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A.     Education/Regulatory Requirements:

o    Associate degree in a related area

B.     Skills:

o    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business office

o    One year as an executive secretary or administrative assistant. 

o    May substitute 2 additional years of experience for Associate degree.

o    Mastery of essential general office procedures;

o    Healthcare terminology and systems preferred.

C.     Professional Requirements:

o    Skilled in extracting and compiling technical data; report format for tables, graphs, slides, and statistical reports.

o    Self-starter and effective problem solver.

o    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o    Displays professional demeanor and maintains confidentiality.
