Description We are in the search for a dedicated IT Help Desk Manager to join our dynamic team in Des Moines, Iowa. In this capacity, you will be overseeing our IT support team, ensuring that customer IT issues are addressed promptly and effectively. You will also be instrumental in improving help desk policies and procedures, managing incident reports, and coordinating with external service providers. Responsibilities: • Guide and support the IT help desk team to ensure high-quality service delivery • Promptly and effectively resolve IT issues, providing exceptional customer service • Enhance and streamline help desk policies and procedures for better efficiency • Oversee the incident management system, ensuring swift resolution of IT issues • Generate performance reports, analyze data, and identify trends to improve service delivery • Collaborate with other IT teams and departments for seamless operations • Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring quality and timely service • Assist with budgeting and resource allocation to optimize the use of IT resources • Maintain proficiency with IT support systems like Cisco Technologies, Dell Technologies, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, and Deskside Support. Requirements • Comprehensive knowledge of Cisco Technologies is required. • Proficiency in Dell Technologies is a must. • Acquaintance with Active Directory is necessary. • Demonstrable experience with Computer Hardware is expected. • Familiarity with Deskside Support is essential.
