We are looking for two dynamic, customer-focused IT Helpdesk Support Analysts to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing IT support to our internal team, ensuring systems are running smoothly and helping to resolve technical issues efficiently.

What you’ll do:

Provide first-line support for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Assist with the configuration and installation of new software and hardware.
Manage and resolve incoming IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
Guide staff through simple technical solutions, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Collaborate with senior team members to solve more complex IT issues.
Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base for future reference.
Assist with various IT projects and system upgrades.

What we’re looking for:

Early experience in IT support or helpdesk roles (1-2 years).
Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/MacOS), and software applications.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
A positive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
Knowledge of networking concepts and basic IT troubleshooting is a plus.
