As an IT Help Desk Tech Support Level 1, you will be delivering problem resolution, notification, and escalation for general IS-related issues. You may also be assigned to participate in projects impacting the business or projects geared towards the improvement of process.
What You’ll Do
Daily you will be supporting an enterprise of 15 thousand employees handling tickets for password resets, outlook issues and office suite issues.Support platforms and technology such as multifactor identification, new user logins, and new system installations. You will assist in installing software or troubleshooting hardware issues if applicable. Most troubleshooting will take place via phone or chat.What You’ll Need

The starting pay range for this position is:
$22.69 - $30.22Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
