YOUR TASKS

\n\n\n\tTo provide IT first tier support for all IT related issues.\n\tTo provide simple user training and on-going user support.\n\tTo log and resolve all reported IS issues within agreed SLA into ServiceNow System.\n\tProvide support for Video Conferencing ,off-site meetings ,webcast support and key AP events.\n\tTo work with vendor for support issues.\n\tTo manage service quality provided by vendor.\n\tTo partner with ITSC support for issues not related to local.\n\tTo provide IT support for all IT related issues.\n\tTo partner with Area Technical Services in desktop standards and configurations.\n\n\n

Technical Skills

\n\n\n\tIn depth knowldege of maintaining desktop computers, printers and peripheral hardware/software\n\tIn depth knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft XP, MS Outlook and MS office suite.\n\tFamiliarity with network concepts like TCP/IP, DNS,DHCP, WINs..\n\tRemote troubleshooting via phone, Netmeeting.\n\tSetting up and troubleshooting of VPN (SecureAccess)\n\tFamiliar with basic video conferencing /audio conferencing\n\n\n

YOUR PROFILE
• Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, ,creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
• Well- developed relationship skill and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.
• Typically requires at least Diploma in Information Services in Information Servicesand or 1- 2years of working experience.
