Are you passionate about solving tech issues, helping others, and being the go-to person for IT support? We’re looking for an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Northcote, Auckland. Reporting into the Service Delivery Manager, this is a hands-on, office-based role where you’ll play a key part in delivering seamless IT support to end-users across the business.
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
Provide onsite and remote IT support to internal users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Set up and maintain computers, printers, and devices
Support system rollouts and software installs
Log and track issues using our ITSM platform
Collaborate with the wider IT team to resolve recurring problems
Relevant IT degree or equivalent hands-on experience
1–2 years in a technical support or help desk role
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware/software
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows environments
Experience using ServiceNow or similar (preferred)
Great communication skills and a proactive mindset
