IT Helpdesk Specialist Lewisville , Texas **Onsite** Contract $18/hr - $20/hr An automotive company in the Lewisville, TX area is seeking a helpdesk specialist to join their team on a full-time direct hire basis. The role will involve tier 1 and some tier 2 IT support for their computerized information systems including computers, printers, scanners, servers, Local Area Networks (LAN), telephony systems, etc. for several locations. Additionally, you will be responsible to provide support for dealership personnel in troubleshooting IT problems/issues and providing guidance and advising for use of company hardware and software applications.
