Position Summary

Who are we?

Right across the Pipera metro station, the Samsung Shared Services Centre Europe, established in 2016 in Bucharest (Romania) covers Financial, Customer Service and HR processes for Samsung subsidiaries across Europe.

Role and Responsibilities

As an IT Helpdesk Support, you will mainly offer support for IT processes in the center, from basic to complex ones as detailed below:

Installing/reinstalling/troubleshooting company laptops

Users administration and authorization management

SAMSUNG specific applications support & training

Troubleshooting a wide array of problems, from SW malfunction to HW issue;

Maintaining IT hardware and software inventory

Management of physical control access system

Servers maintenance (updates; backups)

Supervising printers functionality (debugging; consumables; configuration)

Maintaining a stable consumable stock for IT devices

Management of IP Telephony solution

Skills and Qualifications

Your skills:

MS Windows server operation

Windows PC operation

Network trouble shooting

Printer operation

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
