As an IT Helpdesk technician at Instructure in Budapest, you'll play a crucial role in providing top-notch technical support to our internal teams. Your focus will be on ensuring the efficient resolution of IT issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and team collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support: Provide hands-on on-site IT support to resolve complex technical issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of on-site IT support requests, resolutions, and system changes.Process Improvement: Continuously improve on-site IT helpdesk processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.Resource Allocation: Assign and distribute on-site support tasks effectively among team members to meet service level agreements (SLAs).Vendor Relationships: Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers for on-site hardware and software procurement and support.Reporting: Generate regular reports on on-site IT helpdesk performance, including incident resolution times and customer satisfaction metrics.QualificationsStrong knowledge of on-site IT hardware, software, and network systems.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with on-site IT service management (ITSM) tools.Fluent in English
Preferred but not required:Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
