What Will You Be Doing?
As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation, operation, and maintenance of application infrastructure services. You will ensure these services meet application requirements and business needs, and are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into application infrastructure design and services, ensuring availability, capacity, resiliency, security, and continuity requirements are met. Forecast budgets needed to support project initiatives and maintenance contracts. Work with service providers to design, develop, deploy, and configure IT application infrastructure projects to meet confidentiality, availability, and data integrity needs. Ensure compliance with technical architecture and application infrastructure standards. Manage the day-to-day delivery and support of application infrastructure services. Collaborate with other teams to facilitate and deliver application services.What Are We Looking For?

Desired Experience and Skills:
Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of working experience for Engineer and 5 years for Senior Engineer roles. Hands-on experience in at least one full project development life cycle (Engineer level) or three full project development life cycles (Senior Engineer level). Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill down to understand business needs and challenges. Results-oriented and customer-focused mindset. Team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders. ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred.Added Advantages:
Experience with government projects. Knowledge of AWS/Azure and cloud-based services. Experience with Agile methodologies, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with audit, quality management, and portfolio management practices.
