We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Insights Lead who is analytical with problem-solving skills to join us in our IT Services team, based in our offices in Braine l’Alleud and Anderlecht, in Belgium.
About the role
You will be at the forefront of transforming IT Infrastructure from a reactive to a proactive approach. Using Observability, AI-driven operations, and data analytics, you will drive strategic initiatives to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Your role will be instrumental in predicting and preventing issues before they impact end users, identifying automation opportunities, and leading projects that contribute to business transformation.´
Who you’ll work with
You will collaborate with a dynamic team of IT professionals, working closely with stakeholders across IT Infrastructure, Digital Workplace Technology, and IT Service Management teams. You will also interact with external service providers to optimize digital experience strategies and ensure high-quality IT services.
What you’ll do
· Define and implement Observability & AI-driven operations (AIOps) strategies for IT Infrastructure
· Develop and execute proactive problem management processes to enhance user experience
· Predict and identify IT trends to address potential issues before users are affected
· Identify automation and prevention opportunities to improve IT service efficiency
· Lead projects from initiation to service implementation, ensuring successful execution
· Oversee and optimize technology solutions such as user analytics and AI-driven insights
· Manage third-party service providers and introduce new services to stakeholders
Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills
· Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in engineering, computer science or other relevant field
· 8+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in IT business management and IT Infrastructure
· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and processes
· Ability to translate complex data analytics into actionable business insights
· Good knowledge of OPEX / CAPEX planning and financial management
· Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
· Effective communication skills to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
