Position Title: IT Infrastructure Professional

Reporting To: IT Manager

Main Purpose and Objectives of Position:

The IT Infrastructure Professional, as part of the site IT team, will be responsible for managing and supporting IT Infrastructure solutions across the Kinsale site. This role involves acting as the IT Infrastructure Technical Lead, overseeing the management of existing site infrastructure, and leading various site infrastructure projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as a lead for the IT manufacturing Infrastructure team supporting site IT platforms, networks, firewalls and storage systems.

· Lead project teams to deliver / Implement IT Infrastructure solutions that facilitate business needs.

· Collaborate with business partners to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

· Ensure ongoing compliance with Lilly Quality Standards and Practices (e.g., Change Management, Periodic Reviews, etc.).

· Represent the site and collaborate with corporate teams.

· Collaborate with external parties (e.g., vendors, consortiums).

· Coach and mentor members of the IT Infrastructure team.

· Troubleshoot / support IT Infrastructure and systems.

· Develop & deliver Infrastructure roadmap that align with business objectives.

· Stay abreast of emerging Infrastructure technologies and standards.

· Lead the Infrastructure team in weekly meetings and provide updates to leadership.

· Participate in and support site audits.

· Develop and maintain validation documentation.

Required Skills

· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience delivering and supporting IT Infrastructure solutions / platforms.

· Pharma experience and knowledge of GMP, CSV and data integrity requirements

· Demonstrated learning agility both technically as well as business processes and applications

· Demonstrated initiative to build relationships, learn new business processes and identify opportunities

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Active listening and leadership skills

Desired Skills

· Knowledge of ISA-S95 architecture standards.

· Project management experience

· Broad knowledge of GMP systems, and knowledge of Industry 4.0 and IOT technology

· Familiar with Agile methodologies

· ITIL training / certification

Educational Requirements:

BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
