·       Manage day-to-day Cloud Manager tasks and deliverables.

·       Manage the development and implementation process products involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.

·       Act as a technical Manager for a team of Admins., being the primary point in driving standard processes, troubleshooting methodologies, and setting the tone for excellence.

·       Attend Delivery meetings with RTEs, Scrum masters, clients, security, networking, engineering etc.

·       Coordinate and manage initiatives and projects aimed at improving the services we provide to our customers - including environment availability and stability, system performance reviews, and improvements.

·       Review Azure Compliance, SOC and cost Optimization.

·       Train and provide guidance to other members of the team.

·       Provide expert advice on industry and application trends when analyzing and planning current and future IT needs.

·       Provide guidance on complex challenges the team faces.

·       Ensures comprehensive and complete work practices and processes are in place and effective.

·       Responsible and accountable for assisting with communications and marketing efforts for the Cloud Delivery team.

·       Upon request, function as the department head in the absence of the senior leadership.

·       Participate in the development of programs as a strategic partner that supports the Company plan.

·       Participate in development of annual departmental budget, monitor budget and identify budget discrepancies.  Research cause and make recommendations.

·       Responsibility for balancing workload to optimize the effectiveness of the department.

·       Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure & services teams to design and build frameworks that support on-premises, hybrid and cloud delivery models.

·       Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.

·       Experience in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) with a good understanding of the technical aspects of cloud infrastructure and related compliance requirements.

·       Familiarity and understanding of Azure PaaS – Azure functions, Logic Apps, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Azure AD, Azure Recovery Services, Azure Databricks, APIM, Azure ADF, Azure Synapse, key Vault, App services, Azure Load Balancers, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Azure App service etc.

·       Broad knowledge of current and emerging technologies, technology directions, and strategic application to business needs, including the ability to differentiate between a relevant trend and hype.

·       Proven experience in improving operational efficiency, and technology delivery across an IT organization.

·       Ability to work with and empower others on a collaborative basis to ensure the success of individuals and teams.

·       Ability to effectively exchange information, in verbal or written form, by sharing ideas, reporting facts and other information, responding to questions, and employing active listening techniques.
