**IT Infrastructure Services Analyst**

**Misión:**
Provide support for Enterprise Mobility team for iOS, Android, macOS corporate devices. This support includes technical assistance to users, resolution and prevention of problems in a 7x24x365 production environment.
Design and implement continuous improvement projects to keep the infrastructure that manages the corporate devices on a healthy state, contributing to the deployment and initiatives implementation based in the bank standards and good practices.
**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**
Graduated / Degree in System engineering,Computer science or related careers.
Intermediate / Advanced English knowledge
2 years in the different System areas but emphatically in Architecture Technology and preferably coming from the Bank and/or financial sector.
Knowledge in Microsoft/VMWare Products. ITIL Foundations Certificate
Knowledge of Operative platforms and Server products (S.O., Application Servers).
At least 1 year of experience managing large mobile fleets for Enterprise using tools such Workspace One and Intune.
High knowledge level and systems handling of current technologies for hardware, software and processes as well as standards of the industry like ITIL.

1. Resolution and Prevention of Problems
+ Resolution of incidents Global services assigned for GTEP likewise of the operative tasks.
+ Presented with system level and application problems on mission critical systems requiring same day resolution. Often, resolution determination requires interaction with service vendors. Considerable effort is placed into determining, developing, and delivering procedures to protect production environments from unplanned outages
1. Provide Technical Assistance to Users
+ Implements practical manual or automated procedures to solve complex problems. With supervision prepares detailed specifications for programs, analyses, and revises existing system logic difficulties, works on all phases of the technical system design
1. Systems Administration and New Projects
+ Perform system administration tasks associated with environment of specialisation. Provide training on specific environment to other Help Desk teams as required.
1. **System Monitoring and Updates**
+ **During the year, infrastructure services are monitored and statistical information regarding resource usage is compiled** **. Recommendations are put forward to management for capacity planning and system upgrades where resource constraints are identified to ensure that a reliable production environment to be maintained.**
1. **User Group Involvement**
+ Continuous advisory to different countries to offer the appropriate support on the technological infrastructure implemented in the executed projects focus on Mobile infrastructure.
+ Coordinate with the different countries of the region the execution of activities, tasks that impact Latin America countries.
