Infrastructure Services - Presales Solutions Architects will support sales team in new client acquisition and revenue growth within existing clients and report to the CIS Global lead – Presales & Solutions. Infra solution architect is required to anticipate, create and define an innovative technical solution which matches customers’ needs and CIS ’s tactical and strategic requirements. Presales Solution Architect should be good at both traditional infrastructure landscape hands-on and should have knowledge working on cloud and DevOps areas. Infra Solution architect should have experience in writing technical proposals for EUC, Command Centre, NOC, Service Desk, Server Management, Storage, Backup, DB, Telecoms, Knowledge on Dev Ops, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Mobility etc. are good. Solution architect should have hands on Infra Production and Project Engineering / Implementation experience in Infrastructure segment. Should have been a production engineer for at least 8+ years. Solution Architect should have experience into developing high end solution architecting as well as compiling solution document/proposal end to end without much help. Should have good knowledge on ITIL and other process methodologies. Willing to work on presales proposals irrespective of India deals or Pvt Sector US/EMEA/APAC deals as an individual contributor owning end to end life cycle of the proposals irrespective of multiple RFP’s in hand. Willingness to work on ServiceDesk, End user computing, Field support, NOC, SOC type of traditional proposals  as well cloud & DevOps bids end to end. Core Infra production support experience(Hands dirty) : 8+ yrs. in core infra, total years of experience overall: 15-20 years, Technical Presales experience: 5+ years
