Job Description

Tasks:

Solving, escalating and tracking of system incidents according to the defined Service LevelsAnalyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems, applications and infrastructure components and issued by usersPerforming operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management)Cooperation with other support teams within entire organizationBuilding-up and contributing to Knowledge Base

Qualifications

Profile: 

IT support experienceDeep technical knowledge in one or more from the following areas Windows Servers, Unix/Linux, Virtualization (VMWare), Storage and Databases (MS SQL, Oracle),knowledge of IT infrastructurevery good English (written and spoken)team-workingstress-resistancewillingness to learn

Nice to have:

ITSM knowledge (ITIL certification would be an advantage) Automation tools (Ansible, Python)
