How a Day-To-Day would look like in this role: Handling Customer communications, ensure happiness and stay on top of communication: Customer feedback - satisfaction. Case management and handling: Quotes (distributor differences). Develop the relationship with Accounts Managers, work closely with the sales team. What we need to see from you Support to North American clients. Validated experience of costumer facing experience, preferably high capacity, interacting sales and management expectations. Understanding the customer lifecycle. High level English. Handle long term assignments and critical issues. ERPS systems knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, Service Now) Desired Qualifications: ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics. Vendor Exposer Certifications or Trainings. Excel Trainings.
