IT Integration Engineer
BE PART OF OUR GROWING TEAM **Your Role** As part of a Global Integration community in 9 locations with 100+ experts, you are responsible for designing, developing, implementing and delivery of integration solutions that enable data exchange with our partners. You are utilizing the existing capabilities of the integration products and implementing robust and secure integrations in cooperation with the business units and the product teams. **Your Responsibilities** + Design, implement and deployment of integration solutions that enable seamless data flow between different systems, platforms, and applications + Collaborate with customers, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to evaluate and define integration needs and develop and present viable solution options + Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of integration solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability + Set up and troubleshoot technical communication protocols and connectivity with customers + Assist with the preparation and translation of logical mapping instructions into working solutions + Ensure integration solutions are developed in a way that complies with internal standards, software development methodologies, version control systems and practices + Bug fixing, maintenance and change request implementation + Provide technical consulting support and troubleshooting assistance on projects or system issues + Analyze customer requirements and advise business and functional units on integration solutions + Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards + Provide Logical Mapping Training to business and functional unit information system analysts to have alignment and adherence to logical mapping standard set by the team + Document technical specifications, project requirements, and development processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration + Other one-time tasks assigned by Manager **Your Skills and Experiences** + Professional education or degree in IT, or equivalent + Has XML knowledge, practical experience with XSLT / XPATH, and other programming languages + Detailed know-how of the EDI world ( e.g. EDIFACT, ANSI, XML, JSON) + Understanding of the Linux environment, including ksh and control flow logic + Knowledge of communication protocols ( API, Web service, REST, SOAP, HTTP/HTTPs, AS2, AWS S3, SFTP, etc..) + Preferably with experience using SEEBURGER platform (MFT) and Software AG application, Soap UI, and Postman application + Target-oriented team player with good communication skills Kuehne + Nagel is an equal employment/affirmative action employer.
