Position Summary
The IT Integration Onboarding Manager is responsible for modeling the Compassus values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Innovation and for promoting the Compassus philosophy, using the 6 Pillars of Success as the foundation. S/he is responsible for upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct and for promoting positive working relationships within the company, among all departments, and all external stakeholders. The IT Integration Onboarding Manager leads and actively participates in the IT Integration Onboarding team's efforts. The IT Integration Onboarding Manager will manage a team while also directly contributing to the configuration, deployment, and onboarding of IT devices for Compassus-managed joint ventures (JVs). The Manager will ensure seamless operations during onsite onboarding events and deliver exceptional support to new team members.
Position Specific Responsibilities
Manages and mentors a team of IT Integration Onboarding Analysts, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.Actively participates in device configuration, deployment, and on-site onboarding alongside the team.Configures and prepares laptops, cellular phones, and tablets for deployment to JV team members.Ensures devices are secure, functional, and compliant with organizational standards.Travels to JV branch locations to lead and participate in onsite onboarding events.Provides direct support to team members for device setup and orientation.Delivers training on common Compassus applications to ensure team members can effectively use their tools.Acts as the primary IT point of contact during onboarding events, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for new team members.Builds strong relationships with JV leadership and team members to foster collaboration and trust.Collaborates with internal stakeholders to plan and execute onboarding activities.Identifies areas for improvement in workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.Addresses recurring technical issues by working with the broader IT team to implement solutions.Ensures onboarding events align with organizational timelines and goals.Provides status updates and reporting to Compassus leadership regarding onboarding activities.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.Three (3) years of experience in IT support or onboarding, with at least one (1) year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Skills
Other Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Windows laptops, iOS/Android mobile devices and tablets. Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and mobile device management (MDM) solutions. Familiarity with IT security, networking principles, and deployment processes. Proven ability to manage and work collaboratively with a team in a hands on capacity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Strong organizational and time-management skills, especially in a travel-intensive role.Other Qualifications: Be available for extensive travel (up to 90% monthly) including overnight stays. Reside in Middle Tennessee area and work from the Brentwood Home Office when not traveling.Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, team members, investors, and external parties. Strong written and verbal communications.Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English. Articulates and embraces integrated healthcare at home philosophy.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: The demands of this role necessitate a team member to effectively perform essential functions. Adaptations can be made to accommodate team members with disabilities. Regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity are fundamental, along with the ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
