Job Description Summary
The intern position will be responsible for, or contribute to, four workstreams spanning the duration of the assignment.• Internet Domains Rationalization – Work cross-functionally (IT, Legal, and Marketing) to catalog and develop a next action disposition for each domain name; retire or retain. Legal and Marketing to inform the disposition based upon active commercial programs/need, defensive ownership, or fulfillment of a legal requirement. The intern will work within IT to document disposition and develop a persistent catalog following rationalization.
• Customer Relationship Management Upgrade – Collaborate with the Sales Ops IT Business Partner to capture and document requirements in support of an upcoming upgrade to our Veeva CRM platform. This activity will involve a brief introductory training activity to Veeva CRM and interactions with commercial (Sales Operations) stakeholders.
• Commercial IT Demand Management – Collaborate with the Business Intelligence IT Business Partner to collect commercial customer feedback and optimize the demand management / input process for commercial reporting and data visualization needs.
• SharePoint Site Optimization – Collaborate with the IT team to develop an updated team site taxonomy and assist in the migration of existing content to the proposed structure.
