Main Responsibilities:

Following H&S, food defense, and environmental rules regarding IT activities to ensure people and the planet are considered as the first priority.Monitoring networks and services in the factory to make sure the connectivity is correctly running.Installing and debugging software and hardware to ensure IT systems are up and running.Updating IT local documents based on Bel standards to assist in managing IT inventories.Tracking cybersecurity breaches to protect Bel RZN’s IT system and data from cyber threats.Maintaining documentation for IT processes, systems, and security measures to ensure IT systems comply with Bel and local standards.Troubleshooting problems, answering user queries, and providing training on IT systems to provide technical support to Bel RZN staff for hardware, software, and network issues.Assisting the IT team regarding new projects and implementing IT infrastructure to support Bel RZN operations.Testing applications and IT devices based on Bel standards to ensure that systems are upgraded and new technologies are working.Providing support 24 hours 7 days a week for Bel RZN users to make sure business sustainability is met aligning with IT requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or IT.Preferably 1 year of experience in application, software, and Operating Systems (OS).Working knowledge of computer installation.Working knowledge of application and operating systems management skills (Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Android and IOS).Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Ability to work in a team.Working knowledge of problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Good organization, time management, and prioritization.Efficient troubleshooting abilities.Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening.Great customer service and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of Network+ and Windows Server (preferably).Basic English knowledge.
