The ideal candidate will work with and provide engineering support to NAL with regard to the development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering concepts and practices. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Your Priorities + Learns and develops skills in automotive lighting manufacturing engineering. + Works under the direction of assigned department. + Assists in process developments and improvements. + Gains hands on experience in NAL procedures. + Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Your Background Currently enrolled and working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, and up to 2 years of related manufacturing experience.
