PCA is hiring 1 Co-op/Internship IT position at our Wallula Mill. Representatives will be conducting interviews with students working towards a B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Description of role:
Nine month Co-Op / Internship Information Technology experience.
Principle Accountabilities:
Assist with help desk tasks: basic end-user support, deal with any Information Technology related issues – hardware, software, printers, mobile devices and network.
Assist with building and deploying computers - Prepare computers, including setting up new computers, clearing data off previously used computers and preparing them for use by another user.
Assist with network documentation – labeling physical network taps and create drawing and documentation.
Assist in documenting issues and fixes.
Inventory and document IT equipment.
Lifting and transporting of equipment of various weight.
Clean workstations of malicious software, such as viruses, spyware, etc.
Perform other related duties as required.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have completed freshman year of college.
Must be pursuing a 4 year degree in in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
Juniors and Seniors in college are preferred.
Full-time Co-op/Intern Pay and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Employees are automatically enrolled in PCA’s 401k retirement plan at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for eleven (11) paid holidays per calendar year. A housing allowance may also be provided (when applicable).
