Responsibilities in our IT Group:
Provide technical support for desktop and laptop hardware and software issues, including installation,configuration, and troubleshootingAssist in the deployment and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and softwarePerform in-depth troubleshooting and problem resolution, including root cause analysis, to identify and
resolve technical issuesProvide excellent customer service and effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical usersComplete documentation on ticket solutions Qualifications
Qualifications:
