IT Knowledge Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Continue to develop and implement Syngenta's knowledge management strategy. Identify opportunities to leverage technology, for efficient knowledge sharing and collaboration.Produce high-quality knowledge articles, documentation, and other informational resources related to Information Technology processes, best practices, and technologies. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance of content through meticulous reviewOversee the administration and optimization of knowledge sharing platforms, such as intranet portals and collaboration tools. Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of the platforms, making necessary adjustments to improve usability and functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps, capture knowledge, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization.Be knowledgeable of emerging technologies, trends, and tools relevant to knowledge management and IT operations. Champion the adoption of innovative solutions and methodologies to streamline knowledge management processes and drive continuous improvement.Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives. Conduct regular analysis to evaluate the impact on productivity, efficiency, and decision-making processes.Work closely with the Knowledge Management leads to come up with solutions to best spread knowledge within the organisationKnowledge of ServiceNow is an added advantageChampion content readiness for the AI implementation to drive self-service and self-resolution experiences for the users.Help to lead the integration of AI technologies into knowledge management practices, including overseeing AI ethics, facilitating AI-human collaboration, and optimizing knowledge structures for AI consumption and generation. Drive continuous improvement in AI-enhanced knowledge discovery, curation, and dissemination processes.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in knowledge management, technical writing, and training delivery within an IT environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.Proficiency in using knowledge management tools and platforms, as well as emerging technologies for collaboration and communication.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.Certifications and prior experience in knowledge management, instructional design, or relevant IT domains are a plus.
