You will lead the change in meeting our dynamic business needs and play a pivotal role in equipping the lab with the best digital tools and systems. **Tasks and responsibilities** + Partner with IT team members and the client community to deliver IT systems that utilize underlying technology solutions in support of business objectives to improve productivity and enhance processes. + You will support IT System Lead activities, analyze, and improve processes, design new processes (e.g., onboarding users to a system, demand management), and automate processes. + This role requires working in a GxP regulated environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. + The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and a good understanding of validation processes. **Requirements ** + Bachelor degree with 1-2 years of practical experience. + Pharmaceutical experience (in the GxP environment would be ideal). + Understanding of validation processes and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry. + Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbally. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Interpersonal: Stakeholder management, customer communication, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in process automation, improvement, and relevant tools is a plus. + Knowledge of programming languages is beneficial. \#IamBoehringerIngelheim because… We are continuously working to design the best experience for you.
