Our client, a leader in the biotech and life sciences industry, is seeking an IT Lab Support Specialist to join their team. As an IT Lab Support Specialist, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams within the Madison site. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Initiate, plan, execute, and ensure the timely completion of IT-related tasks for projects. Develop, execute, and monitor project schedules to deliver projects under tight timelines. Provide timely updates on project status including Scope, Schedule, and Budget. Support project managers in identifying and managing issues and risks. Engage with all areas within IT to ensure stakeholders receive the necessary services.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, or equivalent IT work experience. 5+ years of project management experience, including budget accountability. 5+ years of experience as an IT professional with network, telecom, and server support. Experience in managing GXP-regulated system projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
