We are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with experience in Testing North American payroll
The candidate needs to/will be

Play the role of Testing Consultant for a Fusion HCM Payroll project ,Understand customers’ requirements and propose testing solution.Responsible for evaluating customizations and decide on the best fit test scenarios.  Evaluate Monthly patch documentation from Oracle and identify at risk scenarios to test the impacted HCM Cloud Payroll solution.  Supporting the creation of test strategies and plans for the design. Develop and execute functional test cases for HCM Cloud Payroll functionality.Coordinate and monitor activities of the testing training track. Participate in client discussions to understand the problem faced by the customer and articulates the same to internal stakeholders, define and document the problem and get customer agreement, Brings in best practices in the Industry  product perspective, provide different options in order to assist in identify and define the problem. Coordinate with client stakeholders and get approval for the deliverables.Minimum years of experience:  5+
