Detailed Job Description:

Lead the JDA WMS implementation and support from all functional aspects Design experience on JDA WMS on both on premise and cloud and integration with other systems like SAP, oracle Design, create functional requirements and work on integration of various JDA WMS instances from implementation perspective Create business and functional requirements for integration of JDA WMS with SAP/Oracle and other host systems Leading design for Demos/trials of JDA WMS Identify inefficiencies/gaps and provide strong oral and written recommendations as well as business cases for change Constantly research, evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation Assume leadership (own + execute) roles as needed on high priority initiatives Help the Solutions Architect in every aspect of the WMS lifecycle Understand differences in various versions of JDA WMS  Describe new features of each new version that comes out and maintain such list for future Debug issues with the configuration and fix them Help Solution Architect during POC demos, by creating POC scenarios and data required to demonstrate those scenarios Document all the required features and gaps during the POC Document Solutions Summary before completing the functional design of JDA WMS Validate an existing design to see if it meets the customer's requirements Help Infosys offshore team in creating training material for customers Setup a brand new JDA WMS instance as per the customer requirements Be able to create Warehouse data for the POC Demos Experience with newer version 9.1 and later would be preferred Experience with Cloud based instance preferred WLM, TMS, EMS, Track and Trace Experience preferred JDA Learn Certification in WMS Setup preferred Should have created Solution Summary Document for all implementations The ideal candidate will not just bring the product knowledge (in areas including but not limited to sales, service, customer relationship management, data, integrations, experience and automation solutions) but also the experience and willingness to be a hands-on product who leads by example. This position requires the candidate to intimately understand the core business models and operations in relation to technology. You are expected have depth of knowledge of specified multiple technological areas, which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks.  You would be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs).  You need to collaborate with multiple teams from client/customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions.
