At least 10-15 years of experience in CRM domain and 5+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations with sound knowledge on Salesforce Sales cloud, Service and community Cloud.Should be able to conduct requirement gathering sessions, articulating Salesforce features to business users and driveparticipate in prototyping solutionsGood knowledge of Waterfall and Agile implementation methodologies.Nice to have skills
Should be able to create Business requirement documents, Functional requirement documents along with traceability matrix.Good understanding of Salesforce solution stack including good understanding of Marketing Cloud, Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System are preferred.Detailed Job DescriptionAbility to liaise with technical team to convert requirements to Technical Specification.Minimum years of experience:  5+
