Service Cloud (Case Management), Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex Trigger is needed.  Familiarity with SVN and ANT for Release Management is a must. Good communication skills. Need to work as Functional Lead, will be responsible for creating user stories and translating the same to offshore for development. Must have prior experience working in Onsite-Offshore model.
