Detailed Job Description:

Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least 8 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.). Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing. Applicable knowledge of .Net & UI technologies like Angular 5/6. Validate UAT test scenarios, test cases and test data requirements with test leads. Works closely with project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities. Excellent communication and mentoring skills
