Detailed Job Description:

We will require a consultant having 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll Module. Experience in minimum 5 End to End Payroll implementation and should have lead the team in minimum to 2 Payroll Projects Experience in Upgrade projects mainly from ECC 6 EHP 4 to ECC 6 EHP 7 and higher versions. Experience in Requirement gathering and conduct design workshops Excellent Communication as role will require to have extensive meeting with all stakeholders and will be a single point of contact Hands on Experience in Configuration, creation of config./design documents/ functional specs. Will require Coordination with offshore team for all deliverables Review deliverables Manage escalations, if any Ensure deliverables are on time, within budget and of topmost quality Understanding and Hands on experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central Module will be added benefit.
