Technical architect focusing on HRSD development and configuration on ServiceNow Platform Comfortable with HRSD solutions: Case Management and Onboarding  Comfortable with HRSD Knowledge Management and Portal Development. ServiceNow Integration solution designing and implementation Experience in Workday Integration. Experience in SAP Success factor Integration  Excellent Knowledge on Master/Foundation Data.  Expert understanding on import sets and transform maps, working with external data resources Ability to give technical guidance on life cycle events in HRSD  ServiceNow Integration solution designing and implementation Experience with Business Rules and Scripting Experience being a technical lead Coordinates with other developers, program/project managers Authors all required documentations, models, and designs Ability to lead customer through knowledge and requirements discussions
