Functional Oracle Incentive Compensation SMEs Participate in Requirements session Lead design sessions and come up with functional design document Review of technical design, configuration done. Review of unit test results Participate in solution discussions with Oracle team and customerSupportsystem integration testing and UAT via analysis of defects and possible root causes and recommend fixes
