Detailed Job Description:

Seeking a EPM Technical Lead who will be driving a Cloud solution by interfacing with key customer stakeholders. Architect should be able to provide a solution for the user stories based on Oracle Hyperion Cloud SAAS platform - EPBCS. The candidate will be driving the solution by breaking down user stories through deep dive sessions and functional design sessions. Candidate is expected to have hands-on on at least 2-3 EPM Cloud- EPBCS projects end-to-end. Need experience in working in global delivery model and especially in Agile methodology. Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module and lead a team during all types of testing and support activities related to implementation. Should also be able to participate in transition and warranty support.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate in engineering with MBA in Finance preferred 8-12 years of experience in Design, Modeling, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of EPM applications using Oracle Hyperion suite of products. 2-3 years of end-to-end hands-on experience in implementing latest versions of Oracle’s Cloud Hyperion suite of products such as PBCS, EPBCS, Planning Cloud etc. Strong functional understanding of Financial Planning and Budgeting specially with Financial, Workforce and Project module End-to-end implementation experience with EPBCS- Workforce and Project module Ability to analyze user stories and develop an end-to-end solution design, functional design Experience in Business Process redesign or transformation Experience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from offshore Experience in conducting business meetings, CRPs, POCs etc. Experience in delivering training to users and manage multiple deliverables at the same time Hands on experience in building application artifacts (Configuring Dimensions, creating data forms/business rules/calculations, EPM Automate scripts etc.) Building data integrations and designing Dashboards & Reports

Preferred Qualifications:

End to end Integrations between Hyperion Cloud and other source systems like ERP, HR system etc. Experience in client facing role - Conducting workshops/CRP’s/User story clarification sessions Experience in documenting functional design documents, Test strategy/scenarios/cases, Application user guide etc. Need good written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in onsite-offshore models. Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel Excellent verbal and written communication skills
