Minimum 5+ years of working experience as C2M, CC&B development and architecture Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and C2M Successful full lifecycle implementation experience Strong interpersonal skills  In-depth knowledge of meter-to-cash flow and billing In-depth knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), PLSQL Experience working with Oracle SOA and BI Publisher is an advantage
