Detailed Job Description:

​Our QA/Testing team is looking for a Test Manager with good experience in Automation SAP S4 HANA Testing. The shortlisted candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills. Should have an ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts within the team, and is able to work individually or as part of a team to achieve project goals.

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

Primary Skills: Total experience of 11 - 14 years with at least 7-8 years overall in Automation Testing. Good Experience (3-4 years) in Leading Test Automation projects for Global Customers Hands-on experience (7-8 years) on Automation tools Tosca/qTest Strong People Management skills and at least handled a 25+ team Strong working experience in Agile teams and exposure to TDD/BDD implementation experience in setting up Continuous Testing in CI/CD pipeline. Experienced in DevOps, Good experience in Customer handling and Delivery management for Automation engagements Strong experience in SAP and Digital testing processes SAP E2E workflows, APIs, FIORI testing, etc. Good experience in Testing engagement management - Metrics, Estimation, SLAs, Governance, etc. Ability to work with Account Management Hiring teams for order fulfillment, Pre-sales experience handling RFPs/RFIs with a winning attitude. Desirable Skills: Good communication skills. Excellent reporting and presentation skills

Job Responsibilities:

Manage Testing Engagements end-to-end - including estimation, planning, TCoE setup, Execution, Metrics reporting, Automation strategy, Testing assessments etc.
